Beatrix Julia Hack, 21, from Targu Mures, won the Miss Asia Pacific World Photogenic 2011 title at the end of last week in South Korea. Another contestant was quoted by parts of the British media as saying that organizers and sponsors of the contest groped her and asked her to have sex with them if she wants to win, Realitatea.net reports.

Amy Willerton, 19, the reigning Miss Bristol, quit the $20,000 Miss Asia Pacific contest in South Korea after three "shambolic" days. Willerton also claims that she was fed just one meal per day, while organisers refused to pay for her £600 flight and she found her hotel room had no bed, the Telegraph said.

She said: "It was absolutely horrendous. I had two of the organisers sexually assault me - one tried to pull my top down. When we posed with sponsors they also tried to stick a hand somewhere inappropriate. Girls were pulled aside and told they knew what they had to do if they wanted to win - we all knew they meant sex. When we complained we were told that we would have no chance of winning if we carried on."

Miss Willerton, who is the Welsh representative to Miss Asia Pacific, said she complained to police but officials bribed them. "I was petrified but more than anything I thought I had to get control of the situation just and get out of there."

Miss Willerton said was contacted by the organisers of Miss Asia Pacific online and signed a contract assuring her that all expenses would be paid. But things went wrong from the moment she stepped off the plane in Seoul on October 3 when organisers refused to pay for her £600 flight as promised. She was then horrified to discover her hotel room did not even have a bed.

"There was just a blanket on the floor. I put up with it for two nights but then complained and they moved me to another hotel. The next thing I knew we weren't being fed - they only gave us one meal per day. They would say things like 'we cannot give you lunch because we haven't been paid for it'."

After three days in Seoul, the 50 contestants were taken to the city of Daegu for the next stage of the competition, by which time a number of them were complaining about their treatment.

The final straw came when one round of the compeition was one by a competitor who had not even entered. "We were putting up with so much and realised there was no way we were going to win anyway," said Miss Willerton.

She arrived home to Horfield, Bristol, last week and says she is £1,000 out of pocket after having to book a new flight home. She is now looking to launch legal action against the competition organisers.

O altă concurentă face public joi în presa britanică faptul că organizatori şi sponsori au pipăit-o şi i-au cerut să facă sex cu ei dacă vrea să câştige, scrie Realitatea.net.

Despre cum a fost câştigat titlul Miss Asia Pacific World 2011, în valoare de 20.000 de dolari, vorbeşte una dintre concurente, britanica Amy Willerton, în vârstă de 19 ani, care şi-a cumpărat bilet de avion să se întoarcă acasă după ce a petrecut acolo trei zile "de chin". Iată ce povesteşte ea, citată de thesun.co.uk: "A fost absolut oribil. Doi dintre organizatori s-au dat la mine, unul dintre ei a încercat să-mi dea sutienul jos. Când am făcut poza de grup cu sponsorii, aceştia au încercat să-şi bage mâna undeva nepotrivit. Fetele erau luate la o parte şi li se spunea că ştiu ce trebuie să facă dacă vor să câştige şi toate ştiam ce înseamnă asta: sex. Când ne-am plâns de lucrul acesta ni s-a spus că nu avem nici o şansă să câştigăm dacă o ţinem tot aşa. Atunci am chemat Poliţia şi când aceasta a venit am văzut cum unul dintre membrii juriului şi-a scos imediat portofelul. Eram îngrozită, dar mai mult decât orice, am ştiut că trebuie să plec de acolo".

Lucrurile nu au părut deloc în regulă de la bun început la concursul Miss Asia Pacific World 2011. Britanica, ce deţine titlurile de Miss Wales, Miss Bristol şi Miss Bath, povesteşte că la sosire a văzut că în camera sa de hotel nu era nici un pat, doar o pătură pe jos. După două zile de insistenţe, este mutată într-o cameră de hotel cu pat, dar organizatorii tot au refuzat să-i plătească biletul de avion cu care sosise acolo şi pe care se angajeseră să i-l plătească: 600 de lire. Mai mult decât atât, tuturor fetelor li se dădea doar o masă pe zi, spunându-li-se că pentru restul trebuie să plătească. "Lovitura finală a venit când o rundă de "talent" a concursului, care era opţională, a fost câştigată de Miss Venezuela, care nici măcar nu se înscrisese să participe. Mi-am luat cumpărat bilet de avion şi am venit acasă. Altor fete care au vrut să facă acelaşi lucru organizatorii le-au sechestrat bagajele. Am fost dezgustată să aflu că cea care a câştigat titlul Miss Asia Pacific World 2011 nu era nimeni altcineva decât frumuseţea lor locală, miss Coreea de Sud", îşi încheie povestea britanica, ce intenţionează să-i dea în judecată pe organizatori.

Pe întreagă perioadă a prezenţei mele în Coreea de Sud mie nu mi s-a făcut nici o propunere indecentă şi nici nu am auzit ca vre-o fată să fi primit propuneri de acest fel".
